On the days that you don’t meditate, do you notice a difference in your day?
I didn’t know how meditation worked, until I discovered Abraham-Hicks.
When you meditate, you go into non resistance. Likewise, when you are in gratitude, you are in non resistance.
When we are in resistance, we pinch off our well being, which flows to us at all times.
So those few minutes that we are in gratitude or in meditation, the well being flows to us. It’s quite amazing, to watch your life work out the way you want…when you make meditation or gratitude a part of your daily practice..
